OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES: "Win a Year Supply of Maxicide"
SPONSOR: This contest is sponsored by CBON, located at 1255b Reid St, Unit 5, Richmond Hill, ON, L4B 1G1 (the "Sponsor").
ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open exclusively to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, and agents of the Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
CONTEST PERIOD: The Contest begins on April 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM EST and ends on December 1, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST (the "Contest Period").
HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter, entrants must scan the QR code found on participating Maxicide bottles or visit www.maxicide.ca and complete the official online entry form in its entirety (including Name, Email, Address, Province, Postal Code and Company Name).
Limit: One (1) entry per person/email address during the Contest Period. Automated entries or third-party sweepstakes services are prohibited and will be disqualified.
PRIZE: There are ten (10) prizes available to be won, consisting of a "One Year Supply" of Maxicide Disinfectant.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $240.00 CAD/per each prize
Specifics: Prize consists of 6 of 1.89L bottles of Maxicide delivered to the winner's Canadian address. The prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred, assigned, or substituted for cash.
WINNER SELECTION: On or about Draw Date, December 1, 2026, a random draw will be conducted from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
CLAIMING THE PRIZE (THE SKILL-TESTING QUESTION): The selected entrant will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the draw. To be declared a confirmed winner, the selected entrant must:
• Respond to the notification within seven (7) days.
• Correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question (e.g., (10 x 4) + (15 - 5)).
• Sign and return a Declaration of Compliance and Release of Liability form.
Failure to meet these conditions will result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.
PRIVACY: By entering this Contest, entrants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information by the Sponsor for the purposes of administering the Contest and in accordance with the Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Entrants may also opt-in to receive promotional emails from the Sponsor, but doing so does not increase their chances of winning.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest in the event of technical failure, fraud, or any other cause beyond the Sponsor’s control. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations.
